By using faviconhub.app or its API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

FaviconHub is free for personal and commercial use, including hotlinking API URLs in production.

The following uses are not permitted:

• Bulk-scraping the API across millions of domains
• Reselling the API as your own service without added value
• Using the service to harass, attack or overload third-party websites

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Favicons are fetched from third-party websites; we do not own them and cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaviconHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Accuracy

Icons and site metadata are fetched automatically and may be outdated or incorrect. We make no guarantee about their fitness for any purpose.

Third-party content

Favicons belong to their respective website owners and may be protected by trademark. You are responsible for how you use them.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service reasonably:

• Cache API responses on your side where practical
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse protections
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes

We may throttle or block traffic that threatens service stability.
